Apricot Chutney

  • Dry Fig
  • Dry Apricot
  • Cloves
  • Black Cardamom (Badi Elaichi)

Preparation Method

  • Dabble dry fig and dry apricot in water (infuse) and leave them for the whole night.
  • In the morning, take the wetted dry fruits out of water and grind them finely.
  • Chutney is ready to taste; serve it with lunch and dinner
