  • Milk 1 kg
  • Lemon 1 bulb (head)
  • Yogurt 1/4 kg (250 grams)

Preparation Method

  • Mix lemon or yogurt with milk, then cooked it.
  • When milk gets curdled, take it out in thin cloth and wring the skimmed milk to separate it from extra fluid.
  • Cheese is ready to be served.
