  • Chicken 1 fowl (middle size)(cut into 4 broast pieces)
  • Black Pepper half teaspoonful
  • Maida (milled, refined and bleached wheat flour) half cup
  • Egg 2 numbers
  • Salt to the taste
  • Oil for fry
  • Crumbed Bread (Double Roti Ka Choora) 1 cup
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 tablespoonful
  • Red Chili to the taste

Preparation Method

  • Marinate (dabble in marinade) the chicken pieces with black pepper, salt, garlic and ginger and keep them in a freezer for one hour.
  • Whip all eggs then add salt and black pepper.
  • Now roll the chicken pieces in the Maida carefully.
  • Now dip the chicken pieces in whipped eggs, and apply bread crumbs over the surface, and keep them in refrigerator for 15 minutes to be set.
  • In the end, fry the chicken pieces in oil for 15-20 minutes on normal heat, until it becomes brown from both sides.
