Chicken Broast
 ٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰٰIngredients
- Chicken 1 fowl (middle size)(cut into 4 broast pieces)
- Black Pepper half teaspoonful
- Maida (milled, refined and bleached wheat flour) half cup
- Egg 2 numbers
- Salt to the taste
- Oil for fry
- Crumbed Bread (Double Roti Ka Choora) 1 cup
- Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 tablespoonful
- Red Chili to the taste
Preparation Method
- Marinate (dabble in marinade) the chicken pieces with black pepper, salt, garlic and ginger and keep them in a freezer for one hour.
- Whip all eggs then add salt and black pepper.
- Now roll the chicken pieces in the Maida carefully.
- Now dip the chicken pieces in whipped eggs, and apply bread crumbs over the surface, and keep them in refrigerator for 15 minutes to be set.
- In the end, fry the chicken pieces in oil for 15-20 minutes on normal heat, until it becomes brown from both sides.
