Fish Finger


  • Fish (Finger Cut)-1 kg
  • Bread Crumbs-1 cup
  • Egg-2 in number
  • Maize Flour-half cup
  • Corn Flour-3 tablespoonful
  • Soya Sauce-2 tablespoonful
  • Salt-half teaspoonful
  • Black Pepper (ground)-1 teaspoonful
  • China Salt-half teaspoonful
  • Chili Garlic Sauce-2tablespoonful

Preparation Method

  • Whip eggs, add all ingredients in it and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  • Batter should be in a thick form.
  • Dip the fish into the prepared batter, and then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Fry the fish in hot oil until it becomes golden brown.
  • Your dish is ready to taste, share it with your loved ones.
